Where to meet teenage boys?

I am fifteen and I'm spending my summer on the Cape. Any ideas where I could meet kids my age, because my neighborhood/beach is literally all 30 year old parents with toddlers. I WANT TO BE ASKED TO PARTIES NOT ASKED TO BABYSIT!
