When will my hair grow?

I have a lot of different nationalities. African-american, hungarian,cape verdean, cherokee, and maybe chinese. My parents are both half black, so i guess I'm african-american dominated, but my mom has long hair ( mid-back) and my dad has cape verdean hair. My hair stops a couple inches (like 3) past my shoulders. When will my hair grow like my parents?!
