I lost my skill cape when my membership expired and they moved my defence down to 92, what do I do?

I lost my skill cape when my membership expired and they moved my 99 skill (defence) to 92! I just got my membership back and my skill is still 92 how can I get it back because I already worked for the skill and I don't know what to do to get it back! Someone please help me!
