Braces did not completely straighten my teeth? What can i do?

Oh my goodness. I thought braces will always work. I only had mine for 3 months and I saw progress. Can you press charges on them or something? Having braces for so long and not seeing progress is the orthodontist's fault. Argh, I feel pissed off for you....
